Cost-effective compounding of powder coatings with the twin-screw compounder ZSK.
Constantly increasing cost pressures and the demand for maximum flexibility in the manufacturing of powder coatings require production lines with the highest level of productivity. The development of new products for new fields of application – for example the automotive industry – is progressing well with Coperion Werner & Pfleiderer (CWP) extruders. To meet these high market demands, Coperion Werner & Pfleiderer has developed the twin-screw compounder ZSK MEGAvolume with the largest free volume and at the same time the highest specific torque. Since the successful market introduction of the ZSK MEGAvolume series in 2002, our customers have been using MEGAvolume ZSKs to produce extremely cost-effective powder coatings that satisfy the highest quality requirements.
