The ZSK MEGAvolume is an ideal extruder for products with low bulk density, poor feeding behavior, or high percentage of fiber, in the food industry. With this further expansion of the ZSK MEGA series, Coperion Werner & Pfleiderer offers the perfect solution for virtually every processing task by twin-screw extruders for the food, feed and pharmaceutical industry.
The ZSK MEGAvolume offers pronounced cost advantages over the preceding Continua model. The Investment costs drop to about 65% with a simultaneous increase in flexibility due to higher speeds and twice the torque.
