The Do/Di of 1.55 has been proven optimally in the past for applications with a high torque requirement and has therefore been retained. For you this means to continue to benefit from a reliable scale-up within the whole Mc18 series. Scale-up and modernization of the ZSK MEGAcompounder PLUS to the ZSK Mc18 series will also be possible.
New machine sizes such as the ZSK 82 Mc18 were integrated into the series for adapting the high performance extruder even better to your throughput requirements.
Together with a number of application-specific solutions such as the Feed Enhancement Technology FET or the ZS-EG side devolatilization, the new ZSK Mc18 opens up a previously unknown dimension of performance.
