THE POSITION:

Sales Manager – Conveying Systems
Department: Sales Department
Report to:  Sales Director
Subordinate: None

YOUR TASKS:

1. Sales Function:

  • Sales focus on Coperion conveying system business in Poleolyfin industry in China and be responsible for achieving the planned yearly budget.
  • Establish and maintain a long-term, reliable working relationship with major Design Institutes, EPC contractors and the customers, etc.
  • Acquire, analyse project background and specifications from the customer, develop and implement a proper sales strategy and a smart individual project approach to win the project finally.
  • Actively seek business opportunities to ensure sales target completion and explore market potential continuelly.
  • Negotiate commercial contracts, coordinate and support the internal and external sales network as well as related departments to achieve common success.
  • Report project details and market information for further analysis and development.
  • Support Sales director to develop and establish both short and long term sales strategies and objectives.

2. Team Function:

  • Cooperate with other team members to drive for the result-oriented with clear work split, tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ensure proper communication and reporting of technical and commercial details internally, with customers and the Coperion Network.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related fields
  • 5 years or above with sales working background in polymer industry.
  • Strong communication ability to devlop and maintain customer replationshiop in Poleolyfin industry in China.
  • Sound working experience with petrochemical design institutes or familiar with petrochemical industry business is preferred
  • A high extent of motivation, self-assertion, determination and the willingness to travel are of prime importance.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, ability to communicate in basic English.
