COVID-19, and all the preventative measures associated with it, have posed tremendous challenges for all of us. Like you, we see ourselves as a company with a responsibility to do everything possible to safeguard your health as well as that of our employees, as we continue to do our best to meet the expectations of our customers and our partners for service, support and delivery of our products from our numerous locations around the world. For these reasons,we have already implemented many measures across our company that we wish to make you aware of:

Home office workplaces were established for as many of our associates as possible – engineering, project management, sales, marketing, finance and staff functions. Despite this logistical change, our contact personnel are still available to you in every manner you are already familiar with. You can reach them as you always have by email, phone, or conference software.

Our onsite activities have been greatly limited by border closings and travel restrictions. Where travel is still allowed, we have service personnel available globally to deploy on-site if needed. Our remote servicing, as well as our telephone hotlines, are still here and available for you. Please find the links to our hotlines here.

Our production sites and warehouses will continue to operate, unless local orders and restrictions prevent us from doing so. We have taken appropriate protective measures at all of our locations and our employees are fully versed in the new rules of conduct. Manufacturing is running worldwide, in multiple shift operations to the greatest extent possible. We continue to carry out numerous tests for our customers in our test centers worldwide, although their personal presence is limited. We are making every effort to ensure that we meet delivery deadlines and provide spare parts.
