K3 Vibratory Feeder

The K3 line of vibratory feeders is ideal for the gentle handling of bulk solids materials. Vibratory feeders have proven best for feeding fragile ingredients and problem materials such as finished friable food products, fibers and glass fibers. The vibratory feeders are also ideal for abrasive materials such as course powders and granules, and even sensitive products like uncoated tablets. The new design includes an improved high accuracy and innovative patent-pending drive technology, and several quick change tray options for faster product changeover.

Feeder Control Technology Improves Feeding Accuracy

The redesigned KCM-III feeder controller has a variety of features, including a larger 5 inch LCD screen with an improved user interface, context-sensitive help, stainless steel enclosure, and built-in Ethernet and Wi-Fi capability. With Ethernet capability (wired or wireless) the KCM-III is ready for additional Internet 4.0 functions such as predictive maintenance, electronic service options, outlier detection, machine optimization and much more. The KCM-III also features a completely new, powerful CPU with extended memory to allow for the storage of more log and event files, trace and process data. All-new control algorithms provide faster communication with the feeder drive, weighing system, and auxiliary equipment and result in more precise control of the system. Together with the latest weighing technology this results in higher short-term accuracy as the controller is able to react quickly to changes in the system.

Bulk Material Diverter Valve WYK-CIP

Our newest two-way diverter valve WYK-CIP is a stainless steel valve for powders and granular products. Due to the sanitary, compact design of the valve, it can be used for processes with the highest demands on hygiene and purity. This valve is suitable for fully automatic wet-cleaning without dismantling (Clean-In-Place) and the optimized conveying pipe sealing is especially suitable for fine powders. This diverter valve is available in sizes DN 65 to 150.


ZXD Rotary Valve

The ZXD blow-through rotary valve includes a large inlet for high capacities of feeding bulk materials into pneumatic conveying systems at up to 1.5 barg (21 psi). Its innovative operation is possible without leakage gas venting.

The ZXD Hygienic valve will be on display at the show. It includes a full extraction system to achieve a sanitary design. The ZXD Hygienic can be easily disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. The full access extraction system fully supports the rotor as it is removed for cleaning, making it an ideal method for facilitating endplate and rotor removal.


Smart Weigh Belt Feeder

Smart Weigh Belt Feeders (SWB) can be used as a feeder, batcher, or meter. The SWB is the perfect solution for wild flow metering, where headroom is limited, or when feeding friable material that may be damaged by other feeding methods. The SWB will be featured in our fully running system at the show.
