Coperion and Coperion K-Tron offer a variety of static filters which are used for protection of compressed air generators on the suction side and / or protection of downstream system components in a pneumatic conveying system.

Available Models

Static In-Line Filter & Group

The Coperion K-Tron static in-line filter contains a manually-cleaned cartridge, and has a quick-access cover for easy filter inspection and maintenance.

The material discharge gate also opens easily without tools. The secondary filter is available in 254 mm [10 in] and 380 mm [15 in] diameter housings, and is constructed of aluminum. Brackets are provided for wall mounting.

The static in-line filter is also available as an assembly including in-line filter with mounting plate, 6 m [20 ft] of flexible hose, carbon steel support stand and hardware.

FE and FI Filters for machine protection
  • Intake filter type FE has an overall standard filtration efficiency of up to 90 percent (EU 4) in compliance with EN 779
  • Safety filter type FI can be equipped to suit the application (e.g. EU 3, EU 9 or HEPA); an overall efficiency of up to 99.97 percent
    is achieved
  • For very high demands filter media with defined separating efficiencies are used
  • Filter surface up to 350 m2

FD & FA Filters are an ideal answer for condensation
