Remote services by our service technicians increase the availability of your extruders, compounders, bulk materials plants and components. Faults are analyzed online quickly and the causes are evaluated by our service experts and solved depending on the fault analysis in the best case.
To ensure optimal remote supply, the customer system is equipped with a service box. The use of remote services is based on a remote service contract. Access to the system is via a secure Internet connection (VPN) and can be switched on or off by an employee of the customer at any time.
We document use cause and troubleshooting procedures in a detailed remote protocol for each ticket and archive this in the machine and plant history.
